Dhaka: International child rights organization Save the Children has announced a job opening in Bangladesh for the position of Senior Officer – Global Shared CRM Support (Salesforce Admin).
The organization is looking for a proactive system administrator who can manage and enhance the Global Shared CRM platform, provide support to deployed members, resolve user issues, deliver training, and design system solutions aligned with best practices.
Key Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of Salesforce Administration experience in any large international or global enterprise.
- Expertise in user and license management, data quality management, DevOps and release management, system maintenance, and user support & training.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in the international development/non-profit sector and knowledge of a second language (French, Spanish, or Arabic) preferred.
The role is a fixed-term 5-year contract and requires working in the North American time zone (Bangladesh time: 6 PM to 1 AM, Monday to Friday).
