Are you passionate about building high-performing teams and driving strategic talent acquisition? Shanta Holdings is hiring a Deputy Manager – Talent Acquisition to strengthen its HR function at the Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle – from manpower requisition to offer management
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
  • Source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and manage assessment processes
  • Maintain ATS and ensure accurate recruitment documentation
  • Build strong talent pipelines for current and future roles
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Handle compensation negotiations aligned with company policies
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate)
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and diversity goals

Requirements:

  • BBA/MBA in HR from a reputed university
  • 7–8 years of relevant experience
  • Professional certifications (Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, SHRM, CIPD, etc.) will be an added advantage
