Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle – from manpower requisition to offer management
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
- Source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting
- Conduct competency-based interviews and manage assessment processes
- Maintain ATS and ensure accurate recruitment documentation
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future roles
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Handle compensation negotiations aligned with company policies
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate)
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and diversity goals
Requirements:
- BBA/MBA in HR from a reputed university
- 7–8 years of relevant experience
- Professional certifications (Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, SHRM, CIPD, etc.) will be an added advantage
