Position: Intern
Department: Human Resources
Job Location: Kaliakoir, Gazipur.
Educational Requirement:*Bachelor's degree in HRM / Management Studies
*(All academic courses must be completed except internship)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Work with the Recruitment team in the recruitment process:
* Assist in interview scheduling and coordination
* Support sourcing of potential candidates for various positions
* Help in shortlisting candidates and maintaining selection documentation
* Prepare and manage employee personal files and HR-related documents.
2. Work with the Payroll Management team:
* Assist to update attendance and leave records regularly.
* Provide support in payroll data collection and submission.
Additional Requirements:
* Good at MS Office Suit.
* Excellent communication skills.
